To start off, Happy New Year peeps! (;

Well, to celebrate the start of a brand new year 2009 and the end of year 2008,went to the floating gallery yesterday with dear. We had no tickets,so we just followed the crowd and all, sitting outside Marina Square and wait for the fireworks to start. Singaporeans are well-known for being kiasu. So,you could expect the extremely huge crowd of people who came damn early just to find a nice spot to settle down and be able to enjoy the beautiful fireworks. Finding a place to settle down wasnt difficult. Leaving the place was really sooooooo troublesome. U have to squeeze through here and there and evade the oncoming people from the opposite direction and all. But overall,it was worth it. (: The fireworks were beautiful,a spectacular view. (: Can't wait to see them next year again at the fireworks fest(if there is going to be one) or not on 2010 with dear again! Haha. (; Anyway,i spend the whole day of Jan 01 at home with my family. Kinda dull without any celebrations and all. School starts tomorrow for mostly everyone out there.
